Refunds Policy

Cancellations can only be made by telephone quoting the reference.

• Cancelled Within Canterbury CT1 AND CT2 -If over 30 minutes notice given; Full amount minus £2.00 will be refunded. Cancelled Within Canterbury CT1 AND CT2 -If under 30 minutes notice given; No Refund given.

• Cancelled Outside of Canterbury CT1 or CT2 but within Kent, if over 60 minutes notice given; Full amount minus £5.00 will be refunded. Cancelled Outside of Canterbury CT1 or CT2 but within Kent, if under 60 minutes notice given; No Refund given.

• Cancelled Outside Kent, if over 3 hours’ notice given; Full amount minus £20.00 will be refunded. Cancelled Outside Kent, if under 3 hours’ notice given; No Refund given

• This refund policy is the discretionary limits of refunds for paid and confirmed bookings. Refunds are solely given at the discretion of the company as a goodwill gesture. There is no obligation on our company to refund once a booking has been confirmed and paid, as a legal contract has been created and the service has begun at that point. The price given and paid for at the time, is in effect a price based on a fixed time of travel at a fixed cost.

This can only be refunded or changed at the discretion of the company within the terms of our Refund policy.
